LG ferma la progettazione di media tablet Windows

Non sono tardate ad arrivare le prime reazioni dei partner di Microsoft all'annuncio dei tablet Surface. LG Electronics, ad esempio, ha affermato di aver messo in stand by la produzione di propri media slate per concentrarsi, al momento, solo sugli smartphone.

Su Reuters dicono anche:

An executive at a Chinese handset maker said off the record that Microsoft should ‘leave its partners to make the hardware’. Microsoft won’t have to pay the same Windows 8 fees when selling their tablet, so partners will be facing higher overall costs of development.

Infatti Samsung è l'unico che al momento riesce a competere con Apple!

A proposito dell'argomento, non tutti la pensano allo stesso modo e Acer che ha deciso di fermarsi per ora pensa (per bocca del suo founder Stan Shih) che:
