I do not see the NDA: Fermi is the lowest common denominator. Thinking at least 2 years ago GDC 2014 DX12 announcment, Fermi was over 20% of potent D3D12 hardware. Actually it still has a strong share on Steam and it is the oldest D3D12 architecture...

I am not sure about that... Only the capabilities matrix would be a little simpler.. Many Fermi limitations are shared across all other NV architectures.
